James Davies and Alex Cuesta Killed in Fiery Accident on West Rosamond Boulevard [Rosamond, CA]

Late Evening Fiery Crash on West Rosamond Boulevard Leaves 1 Dead

 
ROSAMOND, CA (June 16, 2022)James Clinton Davies and Alex Francisco Cuesta both died in a fiery accident in Rosamond on Wednesday evening.
 
The fatal accident happened around 10:42 p.m. on June 15 at West Rosamond Boulevard and 46th Street West. Emergency crews received a report of a head-on crash between a Tesla and a Chevrolet Blazer.
 
A Kern County Fire Department crew arrived on scene and reported one vehicle was on fire with several people pinned inside.
 
Despite life-saving efforts, both Davis and Cuesta died at the scene. Cuesta was 38 years old and the driver of the Tesla. Davies, 45, was his passenger.
 
Another passenger suffered major injuries, as well as the driver of the Chevrolet.
 
At this time, it is unknown what caused the crash. An investigation is ongoing.
