Morning Head-On Accident on 15 Freeway in Barstow Kills 33-Year-Old Driver

 
BARSTOW, CA (April 21, 2022) – One person was killed in a head-on accident on 15 Freeway in Barstow on Monday morning.
 
The accident happened around 5:53 a.m. on April 18 on the entry ramp to the California Agricultural Inspection Station, just south of the Nevada State Line. According to the CHP, at least two vehicles collided head-on for unknown reasons.
 
As a result of the crash, one of the drivers died at the scene. Authorities only identified the victim as a 33-year-old Petaluma resident.
 
No other details available at this time. The California Highway Patrol is still investigating the accident.
