Man Killed in Venice Hit-and-Run Bicycle Crash near Grand Boulevard

 
VENICE, CA (December 28, 2021) — A man died in a hit-and-run bicycle accident near Grand Boulevard and Venice Boulevard on Wednesday night.
 
According to the Los Angeles police, the hit-and-run fatal crash happened at approximately 9:50 p.m. Under unclear circumstances, a driver in a Chevrolet Bolt made a U-turn and struck the male cyclist. Due to the impact, the man was ejected from his bike and landed on the road.
 
Shortly after, the Los Angeles Fire Department responded and brought the victim to a hospital where he died moments later.
