Multi-Vehicle Accident on 405 Freeway in Culver City Kills Martin Gray

 
CULVER CITY, CA (December 16, 2021) – A man was killed in a multiple-vehicle accident on an on-ramp to the 405 Freeway in Culver City, early Monday morning.
 
Police identified 35-year-old Martin Gray, according to the Los Angeles County Coroner’s office.
 
The accident happened around 2:50 a.m. on December 13 at the Jefferson Boulevard on-ramp to the 405 Freeway. According to California Highway Patrol, a big rig and two sedans collided for unknown reasons.
 
Gray, whose city of residency was not known, was pronounced dead at the scene. It is unclear if he was one of the drivers or a passenger.
 
Crews issued a SigAlert in the area, shutting down the Jefferson Boulevard on-ramp to the southbound 405 Freeway while they cleared the wreckage.
 
Further investigation is underway.
