PHELAN, CA (November 30, 2021) – A woman suffered injuries in a multi-vehicle crash on 15 Freeway on November 23.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened in the Cajon Pass around 4:00 PM.
 
Based on a report, the victim was driving a gray Toyota Prius at the time of the crash. Due to a brake failure, she rear-ended a vehicle and crashed into at least 5 more vehicles. The impact sent the Prius over the guardrail. where it rolled over off the right shoulder. In the end, the vehicle landed upside down.
 
As a result, the woman was hurt in the incident. California Highway Patrol and firefighters from San Bernardino County Fire Department responded to the scene. Fortunately, officials said her injuries were only minor.
