Luis Mojarro Dead, Fernando Herrera Hurt in Turlock Car Crash

 
TURLOCK, CA (November 29, 2021) — Luis Mojarro died while Fernando Herrera suffered injuries in an overturned accident on Highway 99 near Monte Vista Avenue Sunday morning.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the solo-car accident happened around 2:32 a.m. For unknown reasons, a Chevrolet SUV carrying 29-year-old Mojarro and 21-year-old Herrera left the northbound lanes of the highway.
 
Subsequently, the driver, later identified as Mojarro, was ejected from the car as the SUV overturned and came to a rest in an embankment.
 
As a result of the crash, Mojarro and Herrera, who were trapped in the vehicle, suffered major injuries. Subsequently, paramedics responded and transported the pair to a nearby hospital where Mojarro succumbed to his injuries.
