SHELLTOWN, CA (July 9, 2021) — A man was injured in a motorcycle accident on Osborn Street near Marine View Avenue Friday afternoon.
 
According to officers, the motorcycle crash happened around 12:15 p.m. Under unclear circumstances, the 32-year-old man was riding his Kawasaki motorcycle northbound on Osborn Street when he collided with a Nissan Cube that pulled in front of him.
 
As a result, the man suffered a broken left leg and was trapped underneath the SUV for a brief time. Soon after, paramedics shuttled him to an area hospital for treatment.
