Motorcycle Accident on 405 Freeway Results in Major Traffic Backup

 
STUDIO CITY, CA (July 9, 2021) — A motorcycle accident on 405 Freeway occurred Wednesday morning in the area of Studio City in Los Angeles.
 
Based on reports, the motorcycle and a gray Ford collided near the Burbank Boulevard exit at about 11:07 a.m. Both vehicles ended up blocking the HOV and innermost lane.
 
The authorities called in an ambulance at the scene to evaluate for possible injuries. However, there were no immediate reports of anyone sustaining injuries from the accident. A tow truck, meantime, removed the damaged vehicles from the freeway.
