Two-Vehicle Accident on Highway 74 in Meadowbrook Kills 1 and Injures Another

 
MEADOWBROOK, CA (June 29, 2021) – One person was killed in a two-car accident on Highway 74 in Meadowbrook Monday afternoon.
 
The accident happened around 1:30 p.m. on June 28, at the intersection with Hammack Avenue. According to the California Highway Patrol, a Lexus sedan and Chevrolet Volt collided for unknown reasons.
 
Riverside County Fire Department paramedics responded and pronounced one driver dead at the scene. The identity of the deceased was not immediately available.
 
Meanwhile, the other motorist sustained unspecified injuries.
 
At this time, CHP officials are still investigating the cause and factors of the crash.
