LAKE ELSINORE, CA (June 18, 2021) — One person died in a big rig accident on the 15 Freeway near Railroad Canyon Road Friday morning.
 
According to Cal Fire-Riverside County Fire Department, the deadly crash happened around 1:21 a.m. For unknown reasons, an SUV and a big rig collided on the northbound 15 Freeway.
 
As a result, one person died in the accident, and crews had to close the No. 2 and 3 lanes.
