Pasadena Accident near Fair Oaks Avenue Involves Two Cars, One Crashes into Store

 
PASADENA, CA (May 26, 2021) – Two women sustained injuries in an accident near Fair Oaks Avenue and Colorado Boulevard in Pasadena Tuesday morning.
 
The accident happened around 6:00 a.m. on May 25. According to the Pasadena Police Department, two cars collided for unknown reasons. The impact sent a dark-colored sedan careening into a storefront window of the Cheesecake Factory.
 
As a result, the female driver of the car that rammed into the storefront was transported to a hospital with injuries that did not appear to be life-threatening. The other female driver sustained minor injuries.
 
The crash also caused structural damage to the building, police said. A window frame and the eatery’s front door were hanging askew and shattered glass littering the sidewalk.
 
Meanwhile, both the driver’s side front and rear doors of the sedan were crushed. A nearby lamp post was also damaged by the impact.
 
At this time, the exact cause of the crash is still under investigation.
