Hit-and-Run Crash on Gloria Drive in Sacramento Leaves Yoselin Gudino Seriously Injured, Suspect Still at Large

 
SACRAMENTO, CA (May 20, 2021) – Yoselin Gudino sustained serious injuries after a hit-and-run crash in Sacramento on Mother’s Day weekend, May 8.
 
The crash happened just before 10:00 p.m. on Gloria Drive near Havenside Drive. According to the California Highway Patrol, the local mom was driving a Toyota Corolla and made her final drop for the night as a Lyft Driver.
 
Moments later, a speeding vehicle ran a stop sign and suddenly struck the passenger side of her car, causing it to roll over several times before coming to a stop in a resident’s yard. The unknown driver fled the scene without rendering aid.
 
As a result of the crash, Gudino sustained a broken wrist, bruising on her arms, legs and ribs as well as a head trauma. Paramedics rushed her to a hospital for treatment.
 
The crash also left Gudino with emotional trauma. She set up a GoFundMe page to help with her medical expenses.
 
The Sacramento Police Department are still searching for the suspect. They urged anyone with information about the hit-and-run crash to call them at 916-808-6401.
