FRESNO, CA (May 21, 2021)— Levi Benard faces charges in a DUI crash at Indianapolis Avenue and Del Mar Avenue Wednesday morning.
 
According to police, the incident began around 9:00 a.m. Under unclear circumstances, Benard crashed his car into a driver at North Blackstone and Barstow avenues. However, as the woman tried to exchange information with Bernard, the 32-year-old man left the scene.
