4 Hospitalized After Coachella Rollover Accident on 10 Freeway

 
COACHELLA, CA (February 7, 2021) — Four people were injured in a rollover accident on the 10 Freeway near Dillon Road Thursday morning.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the rollover accident happened around 6:30 a.m. Per reports, the crash involved a Ford F-250 pickup truck hauling two off-road vehicles. Under unclear circumstances, the Ford crashed and rolled over on the freeway. At some point during the accident, two occupants were ejected from the vehicle.
 
Shortly after, a pair of witnesses saw a plume of dust billow into the air. In response, the Good Samaritans quickly rendered aid to the four injured patients at the scene.
 
Soon after, paramedics arrived and transported two adults with moderate injuries to an area hospital. In addition, another team airlifted two children with moderate injuries.
 
At this time, authorities have no clue on the cause of the accident. Although, anyone with more information on this crash should contact the CHP.
