Fatal Chula Vista Pedestrian Accident on E Street

 
CHULA VISTA, CA (February 4, 2021) — A man died in a pedestrian accident on E Street near Broadway Saturday night.
 
According to the Chula Vista Police Department, the fatal incident happened around 7:10 p.m.
 
In the investigation, police determined that an eastbound 2014 Toyota Tundra struck the man under unclear conditions. Soon after, police arrived at the 600 block of E Street to investigate and question the driver.
 
Due to the victim’s serious condition, paramedics brought him to UC San Diego Medical Center, where he later died.
