3 Killed in Yucaipa Car Accident on Avenue E

 
YUCAIPA, CA (February 8, 2021) — Three people died Friday night, January 22 in a solo-car accident on Avenue E near 8th Street.
 
According to San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Office, the crash happened around 10:35 p.m. For unknown reasons, a dark gray Volkswagen sedan carrying four people veered off the road and struck a guardrail and a tree.
 
As a result, three people died in the accident, and a fourth victim sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
 
At this time, the identities of those killed have not been disclosed as the coroner works on notifying family members.
