SACRAMENTO, CA (April 24, 2024) — A man riding a bike was hit by a big rig at Mack Road and Stockton Boulevard.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the bicycle crash happened around 5:52 a.m. Monday. Under unclear circumstances, a big rig moving about 40 mph struck a male cyclist. As a result, the man suffered unknown injuries and was taken to a hospital shortly after.
