Adam Wu Charged with DUI, Striking 4 Kids at Stevens Creek Boulevard and Foothill Boulevard

 
CUPERTINO, CA (May 1, 2024) — Adam Wu faces DUI charges after hitting four children at Stevens Creek Boulevard and Foothill Boulevard.
 
According to the Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Office, the pedestrian accident happened around 6:14 p.m. Saturday. For DUI reasons, 38-year-old Wu lost control of his silver Mazda pickup truck and struck a car, a power pole and four children on a sidewalk. Subsequently, paramedics responded and took all four children — ages 11, 8, 7, and 4 — to a hospital for care. Two of them sustained serious injuries.
 
Following the accident, police arrested the Cupertino man for DUI.
