Yolanda Villar Killed in Pedestrian Crash on Peninsula Avenue at Delaware Street

 
BURLINGAME, CA (September 20, 2024) — Yolanda Villar died in a pedestrian accident on Peninsula Avenue at Delaware Street.
 
According to the Burlingame Police Department, the deadly pedestrian accident happened on September 12 around 6:22 p.m. Under unclear circumstances, a driver turning left onto Peninsula Avenue struck Villar who was crossing Peninsula Avenue northward.
 
Subsequently, officers responded and questioned the driver to identify the crash details. Meanwhile, paramedics rushed Villar to a hospital where she passed away from severe injuries.
