Wyatt Gordon Charged in Deadly DUI Crash on Maze Boulevard near Paradise Road

 
MODESTO, CA (September 29, 2023) — Wyatt Gordon faces charges in a fatal DUI accident on Maze Boulevard near Paradise Road.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the two-car crash happened around 7:30 a.m. Thursday. For DUI-related reasons, 49-year-old Gordon lost control of his Lexus, which traveled toward the shoulder.
 
Subsequently, his eastbound Lexus veered to the left, causing it to turn in a northeasterly direction in the westbound lane. From there, his Lexus crashed into a Hyundai sedan in a head-on fashion.
 
Upon impact, the Lexus continued northeast and overturned in a nearby field.
 
Moments later, firefighter-paramedics arrived and confirmed that a 44-year-old passenger riding with Gordon had died. Two other people passed away, and reports described them as a 67-year-old Modesto woman and a 64-year-old Stockton woman riding in the Hyundai.
 
Gordon suffered minor injuries and appeared impaired at the time of the crash.
