Pedestrian Hit and Injured by DUI Driver at Foothill Boulevard in Upland
UPLAND, CA (March 22, 2024) — A woman was injured in a DUI pedestrian accident at Foothill Boulevard and Benson Avenue.
According to Upland police officers, the pedestrian accident happened on March 14. For DUI-related reasons, a driver lost control and struck a female pedestrian. Subsequently, paramedics arrived and took the victim to a hospital in critical condition. Meanwhile, officers booked the male driver on felony DUI charges.
Moments later, however, another DUI driver crashed into a parked car, totaling both vehicles. Reports did not specify at what location the second DUI crash occurred.
