Car Crashes into Tree on Sonia Way in Mountain View Seriously Injuring Two Teenagers

 
MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA (December 22, 2023) – Two teenagers were seriously injured in a car accident at Sonia Way and Miramonte Avenue in Mountain View on Tuesday morning.
 
The accident happened around 10:00 a.m. on December 19. According to the Mountain View Police Department, a sedan had crashed into a tree for unknown reasons.
 
When officers arrived, they located the car lodged up against the tree on a driveway of a home. They also found three injured patients.
 
Paramedics transported the patients to a hospital, two of them were teens and suffered major injuries.
 
Police did not specify if the teens were all in the car or if any were pedestrians.
 
The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
