Car Accident on Olympic Parkway in Chula Vista Kills Two People

 
CHULA VISTA, CA (December 28, 2021) – Two people were killed in a fiery accident on Olympic Parkway in Chula Vista, late Sunday evening.
 
The accident happened just before 10:00 p.m. on December 26 near Heritage Road. According to the Chula Vista Police Department, one car was speeding when it smashed into another vehicle. The impact sent one of the cars flying off the road.
 
When police arrived, one car was fully engulfed in flames. Chula Vista fire crews extinguished the fire and found two people dead inside.
 
At this time, the identities of the victims were not immediately available
 
Police are still investigating the accident. They asked anyone with further information to the department’s non-emergency line at 619-691-5151.
