Early Morning Fiery Crash on Alameda Street in Wilmington Leaves Two People Dead
WILMINGTON, CA (May 28, 2024) – Two people were killed in a fiery accident on Alameda Street in Wilmington early Monday morning on May 27.
The fatal accident happened around 2:13 a.m. at Pacific Coast Highway. According to the Los Angeles Fire Department, a car was traveling in the area when it crashed and burst into flames.
Firefighters responded to the scene and found the car still ablaze. They quickly extinguished the flames and found two occupants deceased inside the vehicle.
At this time, the identities of the victims were not immediately available.
It does not appear any other vehicles were involved. The circumstances of the crash remain under investigation.
