Hit-and-Run Driver Wanted after E-Bike Accident on Grand Avenue in San Marcos
SAN MARCOS, CA (February 1, 2024) – Two juveniles sustained injuries in an e-bike accident on Grand Avenue, Monday evening.
According to the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department, the incident happened on January 29, at about 7:14 p.m. Due to unknown circumstances, a vehicle hit the westbound e-bike near Linda Vista Drive.
Responders arrived at the scene and found two juveniles lying in the roadway. Emergency crews transported the victims to a local hospital for treatment of serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
As per reports, the driver of the vehicle failed to render and immediately fled the area.
