Head-On Crash on Summit Valley Road in Hesperia Leaves 2 People in Critical Conditions

 
HESPERIA, CA (November 25, 2024) – Two people were airlifted in a head-on accident on Summit Valley Road in Hesperia late Saturday evening on November 23.
 
The accident happened around 11:24 p.m. near Trout Road. According to the California Highway Patrol, a white four-door Toyota Corolla and a red Ford Escape SUV.
 
San Bernardino County Fire responded and reported two people with critical injuries.
 
The patients were then airlifted to trauma hospitals for urgent medical attention.
 
The crash closed the Summit Valley Road in both directions while officers conducted their investigation.
