VISTA, CA (August 5, 2024) – Three people were hospitalized in a head-on accident near South Santa Fe Avenue and Smilax Road in Vista on Friday evening.
 
The accident happened around 8:20 p.m. on August 2. According to the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department, two vehicles collided head-on for unknown reasons.
