Multi-Vehicle Accident on Country Club Drive in Palm Desert Kills One Driver

 
PALM DESERT, CA (January 10, 2025) – Stephany Reyes was killed in a multi-vehicle accident in Palm Desert Wednesday evening on January 8.
 
The fatal accident happened just after 9:45 p.m. on Country Club Drive. According to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department, one vehicle was traveling the wrong way when it collided with two other vehicles that was heading in the opposite direction.
 
Reyes was one of the drivers. She suffered fatal injurie and died at the scene. She was a 26-year-old Indio resident.
 
Paramedics transported another driver to a hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
 
It was unknown if drugs or alcohol was a factor in the crash.
