Robert Phung, Jessica Vega Detained Following Police Pursuit Accident at Locust Avenue and Arrow Boulevard

 
FONTANA, CA (March 25, 2024) — Robert Phung and Jessica Vega face several charges following a police chase crash at Locust Avenue and Arrow Boulevard.
 
According to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, the two-vehicle accident occurred around 1:34 p.m. on March 15. After seeing a white Dodge Charger driver commit a vehicle code violation, deputies tried to pull over the individual. However, the motorist failed to yield, and a chase ensued. However, the Dodge collided with a Honda Civic, and the two occupants of the Charger attempted to flee.
 
Fortunately, Fontana Police apprehended 36-year-old Robert Phung and 34-year-old Jessica Vega.
 
As a result of the collision, the driver of the Civic sustained minor injuries and received treatment at a hospital.
