HAYWARD, CA (November 18, 2024) — A hit-and-run driver struck a pedestrian on Harder Road and Soto Road.
 
According to Hayward Police, the pedestrian accident happened on October 30 around 11:45 p.m. Authorities believe a driver of a black Dodge Charger struck the pedestrian before leaving the scene.
