Semi Truck and Sedan Collide on Road 96 in Visalia, At Least One Fatality Reported

 
VISALIA, CA (November 5, 2024) – At least one person was killed in a two-vehicle accident on Road 96 in Visalia Monday night on November 4.
 
The fatal accident happened around 6:19 p.m. just south of Avenue 152. According to the According to the California Highway Patrol, a milk semi truck and a black sedan collided for unknown reasons.
 
The impact caused the semi truck to overturn, while the sedan sustained major front damage.
 
First responders confirmed at least one fatality as a result of the accident.
 
The name, age and city of residence of the victim were not immediately available.
