Two Vehicles Collide on Berryessa Road in San Jose Killing One Driver

 
SAN JOSE, CA (August 14, 2023) – One person was killed in a two-vehicle accident at Berryessa Road and Sabal Drive in San Jose on Friday afternoon.
 
The fatal accident happened just after 5:00 p.m. on August 11. According to the San Jose Police Department, two vehicles collided at the intersection for unknown reasons.
 
Paramedics arrived and took both drivers to a hospital, where one of them succumbed to their injuries.
 
The Santa Clara County Medical Examiner-Coroner’s Office will release the deceased driver’s identity once it is confirmed and their next of kin is notified.
 
The cause of the crash and factors involved remain under investigation.
