Two Vehicles Collide on Del Amo Boulevard in Torrance Ejecting One Driver

 
TORRANCE, CA (May 30, 2023) – One person was injured in a two-vehicle accident on Del Amo Boulevard in Torrance late Sunday evening on May 28.
 
The accident happened around 11:07 p.m. at Prairie Avenue. According to the Torrance Police Department, two vehicles collided at the intersection for unknown reasons. At least one of the vehicles had also struck a utility box.
 
One driver was ejected from the crash and suffered non-life-threatening injuries. Paramedics took the injured driver to a hospital for proper treatment.
 
There were no other injuries reported.
 
Crews shut down Del Amo Boulevard at Prairie Avenue for about an hour due to a possible severed power line.
