Two Vehicles Collide on Yucca Loma Bridge in Apple Valley
APPLE VALLEY, CA (December 10, 2024) – One person was hospitalized in a two-vehicle accident on Yucca Loma Bridge in Apple Valley Monday evening on December 9.
The accident happened around 7:38 p.m. near Kasanka Trail. According to the Apple Valley Police Department, a Nissan Altima was stalled in the traffic lanes when a red Jeep Wrangler, driven by a young female, attempted to swerve but collided with the rear of the Nissan.
After the impact, the Jeep reportedly rolled several times.
Paramedics arrived and took the driver of the Jeep to St. Mary’s Medical Center as a precaution.
No major injuries were reported from the accident.
It was unknown if drugs or alcohol was a factor. The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
