Two Vehicles Involved in Accident on Alamo Pintado in Solvang

 
SOLVANG, CA (May 25, 2021) – Crews airlifted at least one person to the hospital following a two-vehicle accident on Alamo Pintado Road on May 21.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened near San Mil Road shortly after 3:00 PM.
 
Based on a report, a white GMC and a white Alfa Romeo collided in the lanes. Officials did not state the manner of the collision. However, reports showed that both had major front-end damage.
 
As a result, two people sustained moderate injuries in the incident. Immediately, the Santa Barbara County Fire Department said that a Calstar helicopter transported one of the victims to Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital for treatment.
 
The crash left debris across the roadway.
 
At this point, the Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Office is still investigating this accident on Alamo Pintado Road. In addition, additional details were not immediately available.
