Nicholas Slate Killed in Pedestrian Accident on Kalin Ranch Road [Victorville, CA]

39-Year-Old Pedestrian Dies after Struck by Vehicle in Victorville

 
VICTORVILLE, CA (March 11, 2024) – Nicholas Antoni Slate was killed in a pedestrian accident in Victorville early Sunday morning on March 10.
 
The fatal accident happened around 1:04 a.m. in the 18000 block of Kalin Ranch Road. According to the California Highway Patrol, Slate was walking in the area when a vehicle struck him.
 
The impact caused Slate fatal injuries and he died at the scene. He was a 39-year-old Victorville resident.
 
It was unknown if the involved driver stayed after the crash.
 
The circumstances of this fatality are still under investigation.
