Nicholas Harris Involved in Deadly Pedestrian Crash on Highway 18 near Flathead Road

 
APPLE VALLEY, CA (September 17, 2024) — Nicholas Harris was involved in a fatal pedestrian accident on Highway 18 near Flathead Road.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the deadly pedestrian accident happened on Monday around 2:54 a.m. For an unknown reason, 31-year-old Harris struck a pedestrian between the ages of 18 to 20 years of age walking westbound on Highway 18. Subsequently, Harris pulled his silver Kia Optima to the side of the road and waited for authorities to arrive.
 
Tragically, the pedestrian suffered major injuries and died later at a hospital. Officials have only identified the victim as John Doe.
 
At this time, the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department Major Accident Investigation Team is investigating the details and has yet to identify the leading cause of the crash.
