Bicyclist Dies After Crash with Pickup Truck in Victorville

 
VICTORVILLE, CA (November 5, 2024) – Manuel Rivera was killed in a bicycle accident in Victorville Saturday night on November 2.
 
The fatal accident happened around 6:23 p.m. on Mojave Drive near Village Drive. According to the Victorville Police Department, Rivera was riding his bicycle when he collided with a GMC Sierra.
 
Rivera suffered major injuries and was rushed to a hospital.
 
Despite life-saving efforts, Rivera did not survive and was declared dead. He was a 45-year-old Victorville resident.
 
The driver of the GMC Sierra remained on scene and cooperated with deputies.
