Pedestrian Dies after Struck by Hit-and-Run Driver on Gramercy Place in Koreatown
KOREATOWN, CA (January 31, 2025) – A man was killed in a hit-and-run crash on Gramercy Place in Koreatown Wednesday evening on January 29.
The fatal crash happened around 9:02 p.m. near Venice Boulevard. According to the Los Angeles Police Department, a vehicle was heading east on Venice and made a left turn when it struck the male pedestrian.
After the crash, the driver of the vehicle took off without stopping.
First responders rushed the man to a hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
The identity of the victim was not immediately available.
At this time, the suspect remains at large. Police are still investigating the crash.
