VICTORVILLE, CA (June 24, 2022) — A man was injured in a pedestrian accident at Amethyst Road and Quail Cove Place on Thursday.
 
According to the Victorville Police, the pedestrian accident happened around 7:15 a.m. Under unclear circumstances, a female driver in a blue 2016 Ford Fusion struck a male pedestrian on the road.
 
Soon after, paramedics and Victorville Police responded to the scene and found the unresponsive male victim in the roadway. After that, emergency crews airlifted him to a trauma center for treatment.
