1 Hospitalized in Motorcycle Crash on Highway 41 in Lemoore

 
LEEMORE, CA (March 22, 2024) — A man suffered significant injuries in a motorcycle accident on Highway 41 at Lacey Boulevard.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the two-vehicle crash happened around 3:00 p.m. Wednesday. Under unclear circumstances, a Volkswagen driver stopped on eastbound Lacey Boulevard at Highway 41 and proceeded onto the highway. Subsequently, the Volkswagen crashed into the right side of a southbound 2010 Harley-Davidson.
 
Minutes later, paramedics arrived and took the Harley-Davidson motorcyclist to Community Regional Medical Center with significant injuries. Following the collision, CHP investigators determined that neither alcohol nor drugs factored into the accident. However, they learned that the Harley-Davidson was within the left turn lane approaching the intersection when the collision occurred.
