Man Hurt in Hit-and-Run Bike Crash on Marconi Avenue in Arden-Arcade

 
ARDEN-ARCADE, CA (January 10, 2025) — A man was injured in a hit-and-run bicycle accident on Marconi Avenue near Wright Street Tuesday evening.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the hit-and-run bicycle accident happened around 8:48 p.m. For an unknown reason, a driver struck a bicyclist pedaling westbound on Marconi Avenue in the designated bike lane. The bicyclist, traveling in the same direction as the motorist, suffered major non-life-threatening injuries in the crash.
 
The driver left the scene without rendering aid to the victim.
