Pedestrian Suffers Serious Injuries after Hit by Foothill Transit Bus on Live Oak Avenue in Arcadia
ARCADIA, CA (January 6, 2025) – A man was hospitalized after being hit by a Foothill Transit bus on Live Oak Avenue in Arcadia late Friday evening on January 3.
The crash happened shortly after 11:00 p.m. just east of Santa Anita Avenue. According to the Arcadia Police Department, the bus struck the pedestrian in unclear circumstances.
As a result of the crash, the pedestrian suffered moderate to severe injuries.
Paramedics treated the victim at the scene and transported him to the hospital in an unknown condition.
The bus was not carrying any passengers at the time of the crash, and the driver was not injured.
