Pedestrian Struck Dead on National Boulevard in Culver City
CULVER CITY, CA (October 4, 2024) — A man died in a pedestrian accident on National Boulevard and Wesley Street.
According to the Culver City Police officers, the fatal pedestrian accident happened around 4:26 p.m. on September 30. For an unknown reason, a driver struck a male pedestrian. Culver City Police traffic investigators and Forensics responded to the crash. Upon responding, authorities learned that the driver was on National Boulevard when the car hit the victim on the road. The pedestrian passed away from severe injuries.
After the crash, officers examined the possibilities that could have led to the accident and ruled out impairment as a possible factor.
At this time, officials have not released the victim’s name pending notification of family members.
