Kameron Peterson Flees, Fatal Hit-and-Run Crash on Sepulveda Boulevard near Longfellow Drive
MANHATTAN BEACH, CA (January 10, 2025) — Kameron Peterson became involved in a deadly hit-and-run accident on Sepulveda Boulevard near Longfellow Drive.
According to the Manhattan Beach Police Department, the fatal hit-and-run happened around 11:25 p.m. Tuesday.
Under unclear circumstances, two vehicles collided, leaving three people with major injuries. Soon after, paramedics responded and transported the three patients to a local trauma center, where one of the victims passed away. Officials have not released the person’s name pending notification of next of kin.
As of Wednesday morning, the second victim underwent surgery; the third victim’s condition was unavailable.
According to an investigation, 32-year-old Kameron Lee Peterson fled the scene of the two-vehicle crash. This six-foot-tall, about 175-pound individual remains at large.
