SACRAMENTO, CA (July 8, 2024) — Three juveniles were among five injured in a DUI solo-car accident on the 80 Freeway near Marconi Avenue.
 
The solo-car crash happened around 7:32 p.m. Saturday in Sacramento County. While impaired, a driver in his 30s lost control and allowed the vehicle to hit multiple water-filled plastic barriers near the Marconi Avenue off-ramp. Due to the impact, the car overturned.
