Three-Vehicle Accident on 215 Freeway in Menifee, Jazmine Gomez Killed

 
MENIFEE, CA (August 6, 2021) – A woman was killed in a three-vehicle accident on 215 Freeway in Menifee Thursday, on July 29.
 
The accident happened just before 9:00 p.m. in the northbound lanes of the 215 Freeway, just south of McCall Boulevard. According to Cal Fire, three vehicles collided for unknown reasons. The impact severely injured a female patient.
 
29-year-old Jazmine Gomez of Romoland died of her injuries at the scene, fire officials said.
 
Two other people were hurt, one sustained moderate injuries while the other had minor injuries.
 
At this time, it is unknown if drugs or alcohol was a factor. This fatal crash remains under investigation.
