Jason Provost Killed in Single-Car Crash on Harbor Boulevard near Gonzales Road

 
OXNARD, CA (April 17, 2023) — Jason Provost died in a solo-car accident on Harbor Boulevard near Gonzales Road.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the deadly single-car crash happened around 5:25 a.m. Saturday.
 
For an unknown reason, 53-year-old Jason Douglas Provost veered into the right shoulder and struck a power pole with his silver 2021 Toyota Camry. Although no one else was in the car, Provost the lone occupant of his vehicle perished at the scene.
 
Soon after, Oxnard Fire Department and Ventura County crews responded to the scene and found him deceased, yet still not knowing whether drugs or alcohol factored into the crash.
