Jacob Kilpatrick Booked for DUI Following Police Pursuit Accident at Bastanchury Road and State College Boulevard

 
FULLERTON, CA (October 28, 2024) — Jacob Kilpatrick faces DUI charges following a police chase crash at Bastanchury Road and State College Boulevard.
 
Anaheim Police Department said the chase unfolded around 9:00 p.m. Thursday. Kilpatrick led police on a chase at Bastanchury Road and State College Boulevard. Subsequently, his vehicle collided with a Toyota Prius under unclear circumstances.
 
After the crash, officers arrested Kilpatrick, in spite of a brief struggle when he tried fleeing on foot. Authorities booked him in for felony evading, DUI and hit-and-run. The woman piloting the Prius and an officer suffered unknown injuries. The woman received care at UCI Medical Center in Orange.
 
Following an investigation, officers discovered that Kilpatrick was on probation for robbery.
