German Enriquez Killed in Hit-and-Run Pedestrian Crash near Anaheim Street and Orange Avenue
LONG BEACH, CA (November 5, 2024) — German Enriquez died in a hit-and-run pedestrian accident near Anaheim Street and Orange Avenue.
The Long Beach Police Department responded to reports of a pedestrian accident around 11:00 p.m. Saturday. Authorities believe that 62-year-old German Aragon Enriquez was walking outside of a marked crosswalk in Long Beach when a pickup truck driver struck him. Instead of stopping, the driver of what officers believe was a newer model Chevrolet Silverado left the scene, leaving Enriquez with fatal injuries.
The Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner recently identified him.
